For the purposes of subscription of selected package on the Website, you agree and undertake not to make payments in any manner other than as provided, without the prior consent of the Company. You acknowledge and accept that you have specifically authorized the Company to collect, process, facilitate and remit payments and/or the Transaction Price by any of the prescribed methods of payment.
The full subscription fee must be paid for registration using the payment software of M/s E-INTELLIGENCETM in accordance with the terms and conditions/privacy policy of M/s E-INTELLIGENCETM. The subscriber agrees and acknowledges that e-intelligenceTM shall not be held responsible in event of any delays in processing of subscription fees by entities outside the control of e-IntelligenceTM. In event of the subscriber using the other option of payment it will be the responsibility of the subscriber to provide correct information as required in the form required to be submitted. e-IntelligenceTM will not assume any responsibility for any wrong address/email information that the subscriber may have provided which may lead to the subscriber not getting a reply beyond the stipulated 48 hours (excluding Sunday/bank holidays) from receipt of the payment.
e-IntelligenceTM uses Payment systems as may be authorized by the Reserve Bank of India for collection, refund and remittance, as the case may be. The Pay Facility shall be availed in accordance with the terms of this User Agreement and the rules and policies prescribed hereunder.
The Company neither makes any representations nor makes any warranties regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing, including delays in the banking system and nor shall the Company be liable for any actual or consequential damages arising from any claim of delay or any payment process related errors.
As company’s products are pre-paid web-based marketing services, the company shall not entertain any cancellation and refunds under any circumstances. However if there is some technical error regarding excessive payment then you may request the company on Info@e-intelligence.in for the refund of a difference amount.
