Payment Policy

For the purposes of any payments made on eintelligenceweb.com or to the Company: Synergance LLC Registered with the state of New Jersey with identification number – 0450930237 you agree and undertake not to make payments in any manner other than as provided, without the prior consent of the Company. You acknowledge and accept that you have specifically authorized the Company to collect, process, facilitate and remit payments and/or the Transaction Price by any of the prescribed methods of payment. The payment for subscription is facilitated only through the banks listed in the terms and conditions.

The full amount must be paid for services using the payment software of the Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company. The user agrees and acknowledges that eintelligenceweb.com or the company shall not be held responsible in event of any delays in processing of fees by entities outside the control of the company. In event of the user using the other option of payment it will be the responsibility of the user to provide correct information as required in the form required to be submitted. eintelligenceweb.com will not assume any responsibility for any wrong address/email information that the user may have provided which may lead to the user not getting a reply beyond the stipulated 48 hours (excluding Sunday/bank holidays) from receipt of the payment.

Upon payment, invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided by the user at the time of purchase. Paper invoices are available upon request and may incur a printing and postage fee.

eintelligenceweb.com uses Payment systems as may be authorized by the Federal Reserve for collection, refund and remittance, as the case may be. The Pay Facility shall be availed in accordance with the terms of this User Agreement and the rules and policies prescribed hereunder.

The Company neither makes any representations nor makes any warranties regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing, including delays in the banking system and nor shall the Company be liable for any actual or consequential damages arising from any claim of delay or any payment process related errors.

Users agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the company’s services, including but not limited to payment disputes, or violations of the terms of this payment policy.

The user agrees to hold the company unaccountable and will have no claim whatsoever for any unauthorised transaction arising out of a security breach not attributable to the company.

As the company’s services are pre-paid web-based marketing services, the company shall not entertain any cancellation and refunds under any circumstances. However, if there is some technical error regarding excessive payment or if any unauthorised person has paid using your credentials or due to a security breach at the company’s end, your payment for services is received by the unauthorised user or the payment is facilitated through a bank upon which any restriction is imposed for supporting customer transaction, then you may request the company on [email protected] for the refund. In case of excessive payment, only the difference amount will be refunded, while in case of unauthorised payment, you must provide sufficient details of proof regarding it.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated by the user, the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the subscribed services until the dispute is resolved satisfactorily. The user agrees to cooperate fully with the company and provide any requested documentation or information to facilitate the resolution process.

The company implements robust cybersecurity measures to protect users’ payment information and sensitive data from unauthorized access, theft, or manipulation. These measures include encryption, firewalls, multi-factor authentication, regular security audits, and employee training on cybersecurity best practices. In the event of a cybersecurity breach or unauthorized access to payment data, the company will promptly notify affected users of the breach and provide guidance on steps to mitigate potential risks, such as changing passwords, monitoring financial accounts, and reporting suspicious activity. The company ensures that third-party payment processors, gateways, and service providers engaged in payment processing activities adhere to industry-standard security practices, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines to protect users; payment data and maintain the integrity of payment transactions.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Edison, New Jersey.

Users may have certain rights under US consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel contracts within a specified period and obtain refunds. Such rights shall not affect any other terms and conditions of this Agreement.

By accepting this Agreement electronically, users acknowledge and agree that electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
