Who Should Attend From Your Side

What We'll Cover

Three Things to Do Before the Call

Account Access: What We Need and How to Grant It

Granting access doesn't mean sharing passwords. All major platforms support manager or viewer access that you can revoke at any time. Here's exactly what we need and how to set it up.

SEO

Google Ads Account Access

Why we need this This is where your campaigns are built, managed, and reported on. Without access we cannot build or optimise anything. We use a manager account link — no passwords are ever shared.

Permission level Admin access — allows us to manage campaigns, bids, and budgets. You retain Admin and can revoke anytime.

How to grant access:

PPC

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Why we need this GA4 tracks user behaviour on your website and is where conversion events are configured and imported into Google Ads. Without it, we cannot set up audience-based bidding or attribute leads accurately.

Permission level Administrator access — allows us to set up conversion events, audiences, and reports. You retain Admin.

How to grant access

sm

Google Search Console

Why we need this Search Console provides organic search data and is used to verify indexing, identify crawl issues, and cross-reference paid vs organic keyword overlap for strategic planning.

Permission level Full user access — read-only view of search performance data.

How to grant access

Facebook Marketing

Google Tag Manager

Why we need this GTM is where conversion tracking tags are installed on your website — form submissions, call tracking, purchase events, and custom goals — without direct code changes for every update.

Permission level Admin access — allows us to create and publish tags. You retain Admin.

How to grant access:

Website / CMS Access

We may need website access to install tracking code or make landing page improvements. Here's what that looks like by platform:

Platform What We Need & How to Grant It
WordPress Create a new Editor or Administrator user at WP Admin → Users → Add New. We'll only edit approved pages and install pre-agreed plugins — never delete content. e intelligence builds on WordPress, so we're very familiar with the environment.
Brizy / Duda / GoHighLevel e intelligence works natively with Brizy, Duda, GoHighLevel, and ClickFunnels. Share collaborator or team member access via the platform's user management settings. We'll advise on the specific level needed for your platform.
Shopify Go to Settings → Users and Permissions → Add Staff. Grant permissions for Online Store (full access) and Analytics.
Wix / Squarespace Invite a Co-owner or Administrator via the platform's Permissions settings. Required for GTM or tracking code installation.
Custom Website Provide your web developer contact and we'll coordinate GTM installation directly with them. Or provide an admin login with clearly defined change scope.

The PPC Onboarding Questionnaire

This form is the foundation of your campaign strategy. The quality of what we build is directly proportional to the quality of what you provide here. Please take 20 minutes to complete it honestly.

The questionnaire covers 8 sections:

About You and the Account

Your contact details, timezone, communication preference, and any additional team members we should copy on updates

Your Business and Website

What you do, which services we're advertising, pricing, customer lifetime value, and your top 3–5 competitors.

PPC Goals and Target Audience

Your primary goal, what 90-day success looks like, target locations, and your ideal customer profile.

Budget, Bidding, and Paid History

Monthly ad spend, whether it can scale, previous Google Ads history, and your CPL or ROAS targets.

Technical and Account Setup

Existing Google Ads details, GA4 status, conversion tracking, GTM, website platform, and CRM.

Creative Assets and Landing Pages

Existing creative, brand guidelines, tone of voice, destination URLs, and creative approval workflow.

Scope and Campaign Types

Final Notes and Context

Past agency experiences, must-haves, sensitivities, or anything else we should know before we start.

Creative Assets: What to Prepare

For Search campaigns, we write all ad copy. For Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns, we'll need creative assets from you. Here's what to gather.

Call Tracking: Why It Matters and How We Set It Up

If phone calls are a significant lead source for your business, call tracking is non-negotiable. Without it, you're optimising your campaigns based on a fraction of your actual lead data.

PPC

What Call Tracking Is

Call tracking assigns unique phone numbers to different advertising channels so that when a prospect calls, the system records exactly which keyword, ad, and campaign triggered that call—not just that a call happened. This level of insight helps businesses optimize their PPC services for better lead quality and higher ROI.

Why It Matters for PPC

How e intelligence Sets It Up

Landing Pages: The Biggest Lever in Your PPC Performance

The landing page is where your ad budget either works or doesn't. A great ad gets the click — the landing page decides whether that click becomes a lead. This matters more than most clients expect.

Onboarding FAQs

Our target is 14 days from signed contract to live campaigns, provided access is granted and ad copy is approved on schedule. The most common cause of delay is a late questionnaire or slow creative approval. Move fast and we’ll move fast with you.

No problem. e intelligence will set up a new Google Ads account in your name with you as the owner. We connect our Manager Account to manage campaigns on your behalf. If you ever leave, the account, history, and data come with you.

Tell us as early as possible. Campaigns can be paused immediately — ad spend stops when campaigns are off. However, pausing and restarting can reset the learning phase. We’ll advise on the least disruptive way to manage a pause.

Your assigned e intelligence’s Account Manager. They own your relationship, coordinate the internal PPC team, and send your weekly updates and monthly call. Their direct email and phone are in your welcome email. You also have access to senior management if you ever need to escalate.

14 days is our target. Multi-location campaigns or e-commerce setups with Shopping campaigns may add 3–5 days. Your Account Manager will give you a personalised timeline at the kickoff call.

Yes. Every guide in this page is written for non-technical users, step by step. If you get stuck, your Account Manager will walk you through it on a 10–15 minute call. You don’t need to understand the ‘why’ — just follow the steps and ask if anything is unclear.
